Returning permanently

Seer you did not create first gen of Navy of CP so stop lying to yourself. You only led 2nd gen. I have the rights to bring back navy, because my cousin foleyeathen says I can. So I hereby banish you from the Navy of CP warship. If you try any threats towards navy, we will be ready. And don't try to accuse me of defacing your air force site, because I didn't. You got anger issues, i'll be honest, I do too.

Anyways, we are returning once again. We will be bigger and powerful this time and no one will stop us. We will continue of keeping club penguin safe and continue to server our people.
